Associate Director - Civil Infrastructure Design

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure design across all project stages, from master planning to IFC stage
• Coordinate with master planners, architects, and engineers to ensure integrated infrastructure solutions
• Review and manage design deliverables for roads, utilities (water, wastewater, power, ICT), structures, and marine infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations including MOMRAH, NWC, SEC, SWCC, and Royal Commissions
• Manage design schedules, deliverables, risks, and interface coordination with clients and contractors
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior staff and discipline engineers
• Participate in design reviews and value engineering workshops
• Interface with project controls and commercial teams to align design progress with budget and program

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Infrastructure Design or Design Management
• Proven experience working on large-scale projects, ideally within KSA
• Chartered Status or equivalent professional recognition
• Strong leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary coordination skills
• Deep understanding of utility networks, pump stations, process plants, roads, and bridges
