Associate Director, Change & Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision, design, and execution of change and program management initiatives across global platforms, systems, and technologies.
• Define and execute change strategies, program management frameworks, and business impact measurements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, corporate functions, and global stakeholders to deliver high-impact transformation.
• Oversee program management for critical initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality execution across multiple geographies.
• Engage with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to build trust, reduce resistance, and drive adoption of change initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting a Program Management Community of Practice (CoP).
• Manage and mentor talent, conducting performance reviews and coaching to support professional growth and organizational values.

Requirements

• 18–20 years of experience in large multinational corporations or leading IT services firms.
• 8–10 years of hands-on expertise specifically in change and program management.
• B. Tech, MBA, or Master’s degree.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Scaled Agile Certification.
• Proven experience in driving large-scale digital transformations or organizational redesigns.
• Knowledge of the Healthcare or BFSI domain.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence strategy and decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
