About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with real estate developers and investors to understand business strategies and capital requirements
- Advise clients on fundraising, land acquisition, and asset divestment
- Originate and execute transactions including investment sales and structured real estate deals
- Conduct in-depth market analyses, thematic studies, and opportunity assessments
- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and investor-facing documents
- Build and manage complex financial models including DCF, LBO, and M&A models
- Manage the full lifecycle of real estate investment banking mandates
Requirements
- CA, MBA, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- 10–15 years of proven track record in land acquisition, fundraising, and real estate transaction advisory
- Expertise in financial modelling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in handling structured deals and negotiations
