Associate Director, Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify, and evaluate risks to ensure adherence to regulatory and operational risk standards, proposing mitigation solutions.
• Partner with Trading functions and support teams including Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Market Risk to maintain a robust control environment.
• Support local and global COO teams in managing daily business activities and implementing complex projects, including regulatory and audit remediation.
• Maintain an effective control environment specifically for the Rates and Credit business.
• Manage day-to-day business management activities and contribute to business initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., Operations Research Analyst or Financial Risk Analyst).
• Proven experience with fixed income products and data analytics across complex data sets.
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape and control frameworks.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx.
• Experience managing income statements, balance sheets, budgeting, and resource optimization.
• Demonstrated skills in cross-functional stakeholder management, project management, and vendor management.
