Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
  • Develop educational program curriculum requiring attention to very fine detail
  • Plan and develop an integrated multi-channel communications strategy independently
  • Analyze internal and external trends and recommend educational programming improvements
  • Develop strategic plans to determine the unit's programs and activities
  • Implement program improvements and maintain program standards
  • Oversee, analyze and forecast revenue-generating activities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and optimize existing client relationships
  • Manage complex business and price negotiations
  • Oversee new program design in collaboration with faculty

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of senior business development experience
  • Proven track record in national and international business development
  • Experience evaluating business opportunities and negotiating contracts
  • Experience in executive education or adult professional education
  • Experience developing and managing budgets
  • Proven ability to manage large complex projects
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of securing new revenue in executive education
  • Knowledge of executive education program design and delivery
