About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within Affinity, Bancassurance, Automotive, Retail, Fintech, and other distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive-level decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs diagnosis, negotiation, closing, and program implementation.
  • Develop innovative commercial proposals and solutions for insurance, assistance, extended warranties, and embedded protection.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Operations, Technology, Product, and Marketing to ensure successful implementation and client experience.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and manage forecasting to meet commercial objectives.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen WTW's market positioning.
  • Represent WTW at executive meetings, industry events, and networking activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, consultative sales, or commercial management.
  • Industry experience in insurance, financial services, assistance, bancassurance, automotive, retail, or fintech.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with high-level executive decision-makers.
  • Proven capability to lead high-impact negotiations and present commercial proposals.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for interacting with regional and global teams.
  • Willingness to travel for business as required.
