About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a deep understanding of client strategic issues and competitive positioning
- Ensure analytics efforts lead to clear, compelling, and actionable insights
- Participate in measurement plan development and execution
- Lead, mentor, and train analysts and managers
- Present reports and POVs to clients regularly
- Design tests to measure the incremental impact of media on business outcomes
- Partner with Planning and Investment teams on budget setting and media plan development
- Manage cross-functional day-to-day tasks and priorities
Requirements
- 5-7 years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting
- University degree
- Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data
- Experience in integrated marketing, media, customer journey development, budgeting, and ROI development
- Demonstrated knowledge in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
- Proven leadership ability and strong client relationship experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations
