Associate Director, Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Support analytics leadership for HCP and DTC/patient media programs for a major healthcare client
• Partner with client stakeholders to align measurement priorities with business objectives
• Lead discussions regarding campaign performance, optimization, and audience insights
• Develop and maintain integrated measurement plans across omnichannel campaigns
• Manage day-to-day analytics workflows, including dashboards, reporting, and QBR materials
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with Data Science, Audience Intelligence, and Investment teams to operationalize insights
• Stay current on emerging methodologies like attribution, incrementality testing, and digital optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, marketing science, or business intelligence
• Strong understanding of HCP media ecosystems and DTC/patient engagement analytics
• Experience developing campaign analytics frameworks and reporting solutions
• Proficiency with Tableau or other BI platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or pharmaceutical analytics experience
• Knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with healthcare data ecosystems and attribution methodologies
