Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial analysis and risk assessment for new and existing customers
• Lead and execute business development plans and participate in sales activities such as pitch preparation
• Act as a key contact for clients regarding credit-related questions and build strong relationships
• Manage the annual review process, interim reviews, and quarterly reports
• Monitor and manage the risk of an assigned complex portfolio in a timely manner
• Make recommendations to senior leaders regarding strategy and new initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures

Requirements

• Master or MBA in finance, accounting, or economics (with 3 years of relevant experience) or an undergraduate degree (with 5-7 years of relevant experience)
• CPA, CBV, CFA, or other relevant professional designation
• Strong knowledge of Asset-Based Lending (ABL) products, marketplace, and loan structuring
• Well-developed analytical, quantitative, and statistical analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism in French and English (written and oral)
