About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, and coach a team of Biosimilar Regional Account Managers (BRAMs) to drive partnerships and promote Teva's biosimilar portfolio.
  • Formulate and execute regional strategies to ensure performance targets and annual business objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Provide guidance on account plan development, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful customer engagement.
  • Partner cross-departmentally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and National Account Directors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor marketplace dynamics and emerging trends in the biotechnology and healthcare industries to adapt business strategies.
  • Manage talent development through individual coaching, performance reviews, and Individual Development Plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a scientific discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales and/or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of leadership, team management, and talent development.
  • Expertise in strategic account management and implementing business contracts.
  • Ability to travel approximately 60% within the US region.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, reimbursement dynamics, and patient drug access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience.
  • Extensive experience with "buy-and-bill" models.
  • Deep understanding of ASP, NCR, and reimbursement dynamics within IDN and clinic spaces.
