Associate Director, BioPharma Business Development (EMEA)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of partnership strategies to achieve revenue, bookings, and expansion goals within the EMEA region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with BioPharma translational medicine, precision medicine, and commercial teams.
• Manage end-to-end growth of key BioPharma accounts, ensuring partner satisfaction and meeting established OKRs.
• Support the Business Development team on complex transactions, deal structures, and contract negotiations.
• Identify and engage precision medicine decision-makers and influencers across all stages of drug and diagnostic development.
• Serve as a matrix manager and mentor to Alliance Management and Business Development colleagues.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30% to engage with customers and attend conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of professional business development or alliance management experience.
• Proven experience working within a diagnostic or data/insights company.
• Deep professional focus and expertise in Oncology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or business.
• 12+ years of experience in diagnostic, data, or Biopharmaceutical companies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the oncology market both in the US and internationally.
• Deep understanding of human genetics, oncology therapeutics, and precision medicine lifecycles.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient data privacy standards.
