Associate Director, BI & Analytics Best Practices Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise BI & Analytics best practices strategy aligned with business and IT objectives
• Establish a scalable roadmap for modern analytics and high-impact reference architectures
• Design and govern standardized BI design patterns, architectural blueprints, and reusable component libraries
• Own and evolve the enterprise semantic layer strategy to ensure a consistent single source of truth
• Establish and enforce BI architecture governance frameworks, quality standards, and performance optimization guidelines
• Lead and grow the BI & Analytics Community of Practice to foster knowledge sharing and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and analytics
• Strong expertise in Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Deep understanding of multidimensional and semantic modeling concepts
• Proven experience in solution optimization and enterprise-scale analytics architecture
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
• Experience managing global teams and working with external vendors
