Associate Director, BI & Analytics Best Practices Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise BI & Analytics best practices strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Establish a scalable roadmap for modern analytics and high-impact reference architectures.
• Design and govern standardized BI design patterns, architectural blueprints, and reusable analytical components.
• Own and evolve the enterprise semantic layer strategy to ensure a consistent single source of truth.
• Establish and enforce BI architecture governance frameworks, quality standards, and performance optimization guidelines.
• Lead and grow the BI & Analytics Community of Practice to foster knowledge sharing and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and analytics.
• Strong expertise in Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of multidimensional and semantic modeling concepts.
• Proven experience in solution optimization, performance tuning, and enterprise-scale analytics architecture.
• Experience managing global teams and working with external vendors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
