About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop audience insights, segmentation, and architecture to support growth strategies
- Evaluate and select relevant data sources and technology partners including CRM and CDP
- Build and activate audiences across various platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to recommend optimizations
- Develop first-party data acquisition strategies and future-proof business models against tracking shifts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, activation, and analytics teams
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in audience and data strategy within marketing or media
- Hands-on experience with third-party audience research tools and platform audience setup
- In-depth knowledge of digital data technologies including data lakes, data clean rooms, and identity solutions
- Proven experience in advanced audience analytics and segmentation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Growth mindset with a highly collaborative partnership approach
