About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary AI/Analytics Product Owner for client engagements within the construction domain.
- Partner with client business stakeholders to identify high-value AI, analytics, automation, and optimization opportunities.
- Define product vision, roadmap, KPIs, and feature prioritization for AI-enabled platforms.
- Translate business problems into scalable data, analytics, and AI solution architectures.
- Lead the development of AI/ML-driven solutions involving Computer Vision, LLM/GenAI, and Predictive analytics.
- Provide technical leadership across Data Engineering, Backend/API development, and Cloud-native analytics platforms.
- Manage delivery governance, including prioritization, risks, dependencies, and execution tracking.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams through executive reporting and strategic advisory.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in analytics, AI/ML, data engineering, and enterprise application delivery.
- Mandatory early career hands-on software engineering/developer experience.
- Prior experience in consulting, analytics advisory, or client-facing transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, GenAI/LLM ecosystems, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java, including experience with REST APIs and microservices.
- Deep understanding of Data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and Data warehousing/Lakehouse architectures.
- Familiarity with Azure or GCP cloud ecosystems.
- Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, and containerization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with construction, engineering, manufacturing, or built-environment clients.
- Background in Construction Technology (ConTech), BIM/CAD data workflows, or blueprint intelligence.
- Experience building 0-to-1 AI solutions in ambiguous environments.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or an MBA.
