Associate Director - Advisory

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting commissions and provide technical advisory knowledge to the NSW multi-disciplinary team
• Build, maintain, and win a pipeline of advisory and consulting services for new and existing clients
• Act as a day-to-day management consultant to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets
• Produce clear, persuasive client-facing reports and deliverables that demonstrate value
• Support the management and growth of the advisory and consulting teams within NSW and the wider ANZ region
• Lead complex organizational transformations using strategic vision, change management, and stakeholder engagement
• Deploy techniques such as process re-engineering, visual analytics, and organizational change to improve client operations
• Develop key client data insight, visualization reports, and program/portfolio management systems

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting and advisory experience
• University degree in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Economics
• Proven experience delivering capital projects, programs, or portfolios
• Previous experience working within a consultancy organization
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and client-focused service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accreditation such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
