Associate Director | Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Support the Department head in coordinating and supervising the execution of assignments
• Interact with existing corporate clients, MNCs, and developer/investors
• Conduct site selection reports for client relocations and feasibility work for investors/developers/occupiers
• Assist with market research projects across China
• Support agents in negotiating deals where research or consultancy is required

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in real estate development, related business, or consultancy
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
• University degree, preferably in Estate Management, Business, or Economics
• Strong mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations
• Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
