About the role

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead technology adoption, training, and innovation across the global University Advancement division.
  • Act as a Project Manager and Business Analyst to gather requirements and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology projects.
  • Optimize and integrate platforms, including Salesforce, to ensure long-term operational maturity.
  • Design and deliver robust training programs and technical documentation using multimedia platforms.
  • Drive change management plans and conduct impact assessments to ensure successful technology transitions.
  • Research and pilot emerging technologies, including the operationalization of generative AI and productivity tools.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, including requirement gathering and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, planning, and tracking technology or operational projects.
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams focused on technology training, user support, or documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI productivity solutions.
  • Experience with internal marketing and stakeholder engagement to promote technical services.
