Associate Director, Ad Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage key tagging, trafficking, data, measurement, and partner relationships to drive campaign efficiency
• Provide guidance on campaign setup, including naming conventions and tagging structures
• Act as the escalation point for internal technology questions, issues, and points of view
• Manage offshore trafficking and analyst teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
• Establish and refine processes and training parameters to ensure flawless, on-time execution
• Partner with media and analytics teams to develop and deploy data management and reporting solutions
• Oversee the deployment of digital technology solutions including ad servers and data management tools
• Audit and evaluate technology solutions to identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings
• Partner with Digital Directors to deliver optimized products across search, social, mobile, display, and video

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with trafficking systems, tagging tools, and data mining/reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically with formulas and tables
• Experience with standard ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager, Prisma, or IAS
• Experience with Google CM Floodlight implementation QA and troubleshooting, or container systems like Tealium
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quality check data for anomalies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage both operational and strategic tasks
