Plastics For Change has developed a sustainable sourcing platform connecting waste collectors to global brands to ensure a steady supply of high-quality recycled material. This fair-trade verified ethical sourcing platform aims to improve products' social and environmental impact by creating efficient shared-value chains and increasing the quality of recycled plastic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and closing activities
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and audit schedules
• Manage external statutory, internal, and tax audits and regulatory filings
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes and track variances
• Support business decision-making with financial analysis and reporting
• Manage donor and grant financial reporting
• Ensure optimal fund utilization and liquidity planning
• Oversee working capital management, including receivables and payables
• Manage and mentor the finance and accounts team
• Drive automation and efficiency across finance processes and reporting systems

Requirements

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / ICWA or equivalent qualification
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management
• Strong knowledge of Indian and International Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards
• Proficiency in accounting tools such as Tally or Zoho
• Expertise in taxation and compliance

• Experience in social enterprise, FMCG, sustainability, or manufacturing sectors
