Responsibilities

• Confidently liaise with clients and their extended leadership team
• Effectively transition domain expertise to other colleagues and team members
• Own a P&L and actively scout for new business opportunities
• Manage client service administration including invoicing, budgeting, cost estimates, and account profitability
• Identify cross-selling services from MSL and collaborate across Publicis Groupe to execute them

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience leading multiple mandates and managing a P&L
• Understanding of how agency services and products contribute to client retention and growth
• Professional conduct and strong articulation skills
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and partner with senior leadership
• Team-first and client-first approach with tactful communication
