Associate Director, Access and Value

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to address patient-level barriers to product access across Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay
• Monitor the reimbursement environment by tracking government policy initiatives and their commercial implications
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to develop value-based materials, including technical documentation and pricing strategies
• Partner with patient advocacy groups to support the development of patient communities in covered countries
• Provide local pharmacoeconomic and outcomes research guidance to product development teams
• Establish and maintain relationships with government authorities, influencers, and key stakeholders
• Adapt corporate market access tools for local implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or science discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in market access
• Proven experience with reimbursement operations and interacting with public and private payers
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or an advanced scientific degree
• Experience specifically with orphan drugs or rare disease therapies
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects and large-scale product launches
• Deep knowledge of the medical health landscape in the Southern Cone region
