Associate Director, Access and Value

Responsibilities

• Create and execute Strategic Access Plans for all BioMarin products across the MEA region
• Design and prepare submissions to secure positive outcomes from Common Drug Reviews, public formularies, and institutional buying groups
• Identify, map, and manage Key Decision Makers (KDMs) within payer, government, and physician stakeholder groups
• Lead the preparation, analysis, and internal approval process for dossiers to be submitted to government authorities
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and state representatives
• Support commercial partners in negotiations and provide progress reports to leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal, and local Commercial teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sciences, or an equivalent field
• 8+ years of experience in strategy or operations
• Proven experience in Public Relations, Public Affairs, and managing government relationships
• Extensive knowledge of dossier preparation and state formularies
• Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong ability to analyze business and medical data

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house experience within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize complex issues in a fast-paced environment
