Associate, Diligence Services

Responsibilities

• Prepare qualitative client reporting and ongoing diligence packages, including standard due diligence questionnaires and auxiliary documentation
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across various departments to draft accurate and consistent responses to client requests
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of internally stored content databases
• Identify and implement process and technological improvements to drive efficiencies in routine tasks

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years of RFP experience in finance, marketing, or legal roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience working in a global environment across different jurisdictions and time zones
• Familiarity with investment products, asset classes, and investment strategies
