Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute integrated digital and social media strategies for executives and corporate brands
• Support executive visibility and thought leadership programs across LinkedIn and other platforms
• Drive day-to-day client workstreams including agendas, approvals, and client calls
• Create client-ready deliverables such as POVs, decks, memos, and social copy
• Assist with paid social and digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X, and Google
• Conduct social listening, digital audits, and competitor analyses
• Support digital visibility initiatives across SEO, GEO, and online reputation management
• Leverage AI and LLM tools to support research and content development

Requirements

• 3-4 years in digital and social media
• Experience planning and optimizing multi-channel programs (owned, social, search, paid)
• Platform expertise across major social channels
• Hands-on experience managing paid programs and targeting
• Experience using social listening tools like Sprinklr, Quid, or NewsWhip
• Exposure to issues and crisis communications
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
