About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of product initiatives aligned to the product roadmap
- Assist in managing and prioritising the product backlog to meet business and user needs
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements to ensure clear communication across teams
- Conduct market research and analyse user feedback to generate actionable insights
- Coordinate user testing and quality assurance to support successful product releases
- Create and maintain product documentation, reporting, and communications
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a related field with a strong interest in digital products or technology
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Clear and confident communication skills for engaging a range of stakeholders
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- A customer-focused approach with experience understanding and responding to user needs
- Ability to hold (or obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Flexibility regarding working hours and arrangements related to Tennis Australia events
