Associate Digital Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of product initiatives aligned to the product roadmap
• Assist in managing and prioritising the product backlog to meet business and user needs
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements to ensure clear communication across teams
• Conduct market research and analyse user feedback to generate actionable insights
• Coordinate user testing and quality assurance to support successful product releases
• Create and maintain product documentation, reporting, and communications

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a related field with a strong interest in digital products or technology
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Clear and confident communication skills for engaging a range of stakeholders
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
• A customer-focused approach with experience understanding and responding to user needs
• Ability to hold (or obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Flexibility regarding working hours and arrangements related to Tennis Australia events
