Associate - Digital Product Management

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product teams to translate strategies and roadmaps into technical capabilities and actionable delivery plans
• Develop capability release plans with stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Strategy
• Participate in the discovery and envisioning of new payment flows and bank integration capabilities
• Drive the definition and refinement of features, user stories, and success criteria
• Define market-specific platform requirements for global platforms and expansion plans
• Drive the modernization of payment capabilities, migrating from legacy solutions to scalable, cloud-enabled platforms
• Establish and monitor delivery metrics to improve predictability, quality, and value delivery
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Strategy, or Engineering
• Experience partnering with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Knowledge of payments or fintech (e.g., Bill Pay, Servicing, or Bank Connections)
• Experience leveraging scaled Agile practices to support product delivery
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
