Associate Digital Producer

Responsibilities

• Own digital production projects end-to-end, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for Creative, Production, and key stakeholders
• Plan work from creative briefs, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage and prioritize day-to-day workflow for a project group of 4–6 digital creatives
• Oversee creation of digital-first assets including CGI renders and generative AI imagery
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and drive on-time delivery across concurrent projects
• Coordinate reviews and approvals while maintaining brand standards
• Ensure proper organization, version control, and final delivery of assets
• Partner with Photo/Video Production and manage external vendors as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Design, Animation, Communications, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in digital production, content creation, or creative operations
• Experience managing digital asset workflows including CGI, 3D rendering, or AI-assisted content creation
• Experience coordinating or leading small teams or project groups
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
• Familiarity with eCommerce and digital content requirements
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Understanding of CGI/rendering pipelines (Vizcom, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya)
• Ability to leverage generative AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or Runway
