Associate Digital Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Digital Merchandising with the optimal setup of digital floorsets and site roadmap/storytelling strategy
• Own daily site validation to ensure accuracy in product page setup, sequencing, and navigation
• Analyze sales information and site metrics to identify opportunities to increase conversion and optimize merchandising strategies
• Execute digital offer experiences and manage site set-up tickets within established SLAs
• Optimize imagery needs based on style performance, sell-through, and marketing offers
• Drive linking strategies for marketing drivers including email, social, and app to optimize the customer experience
• Provide weekly insights and participate in monthly and seasonal hindsights to drive actionable business results

Requirements

• 4-6 years of Retail experience within a Digital Merchandising or eCommerce function
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of Digital Reporting Systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Proven ability to self-manage multiple projects and collaborate across an organization
