Associate Digital Merchandiser, Mens and Accessories

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of digital merchandising strategies to drive conversion and engagement.
• Sequence high-volume driving pages, balancing strategic goals with brand elevation.
• Manage category navigation, filters, and taxonomy enhancements within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Develop and maintain onsite search and sorting strategies based on customer behavior and performance data.
• Analyze category, site, and channel performance weekly to provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Marketing teams to align onsite merchandising with email campaigns and social commerce initiatives.
• Lead QA and validation for homepage, email, and social commerce experiences to ensure consistency.
• Maintain and improve merchandising processes, documentation, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, retail, or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or STIBO PIM.
• Experience with Adobe digital tools.
• Previous experience working within a replatform environment.
