Associate Digital Engineer - PLM

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new computing systems and applications across PLM to facilitate technology integration and transition from legacy systems.
• Support and test PLM applications such as 3DX ENOVIA, ENOVIA-V5, or Teamcenter, focusing on Change Management, Configuration Management, and Engineering Release.
• Develop system integration strategies and architectures to promote the use of common tools and processes.
• Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with SysML and systems modeling methods, including expertise in RFLP architecture.
• Decompose aircraft-level requirements and customer use cases into product line level requirements and establish tracing.
• Evaluate customer and operational needs to define system performance, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and manage product line system requirements as part of a collaborative PLM engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of demonstrated experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and automation tools.
• 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience with exposure to Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
• Mandatory experience with PLM platforms, specifically ENOVIA or 3DExperience.
• Mandatory functional experience in the Aerospace or Automotive domain.
• Mandatory familiarity with Agile/SAFe processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python-based tools and APIs for PLM/PDM data processing, automation, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with VBA, Java, or Python scripting for automating tasks within PDM/PLM environments.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 and 3D Part modeling using parametric relations.
• Experience in CAD custom application development and deployment using C#, VBA, or EKL.
• INCOSE certification in Systems Engineering.
