Associate, Digital Communications

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery process for a high volume of digital communications across email, text, and web
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and Gemini to identify process efficiencies and generate content variations
• Proofread, copy-edit, and format content with high attention to detail
• Apply design principles to ensure a cohesive and professional brand identity
• Track key performance metrics and synthesize data into actionable insights to optimize strategy

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital/written content management or communications
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS
• Strong data literacy with advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Ability to manage complex, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
