About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned footwear projects from line start through commercialization to ensure on-time delivery
  • Monitor, track, and distribute development samples, including fit samples
  • Maintain accurate product line management (PLM) data and seasonal tracking files
  • Coordinate with 3D CAD, engineering, and materials teams to support mold and last development
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings, product reviews, and overseas handover meetings
  • Assist with material testing reviews and finished shoe performance testing

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of footwear development experience
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in quantitative tasks and PC skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel for overseas manufacturing visits and trade shows
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Product Line Management (PLM) software
  • Background or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Engineering, or Industrial Design
  • An interest in hands-on footwear making
