Associate Designer

Responsibilities

• Support the design process for assigned category, from concept to final product
• Maintain all style and design information in Centric PLM
• Collaborate with sales, senior design, and merchandising teams to develop new product ideas
• Create design presentations and product specs using the PLM system
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure products meet specifications
• Participate in fit sessions to ensure design and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fashion design, textiles, or product design
• 4+ years of experience in design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with PLM systems
• A portfolio of relevant design work
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mass market and licensed brands
