Associate Design Director

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate design teams while encouraging collaboration
• Review and sign off work to uphold brand and business standards
• Deliver innovative, high-quality creative ideas rooted in narrative and visual structure
• Guide execution across motion and static deliverables
• Build productive relationships with other agency disciplines to deliver projects
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects
• Present creative work both internally and externally

Requirements

• Strong experience leading clients with a consultative approach
• Experience leading and guiding designers and creatives within a team or department
• Strong visual judgment and confidence in creative direction
• Proven art direction experience crafting visual stories
• Solid motion design skills including timing, composition, and storytelling
• Experience creating styleframes, visual systems, and narrative-driven motion
• Curiosity regarding AI tools and their application in creative workflows
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality motion and design work, including tech or AI-led campaigns
