About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services including restorative, cosmetic, and endodontic care
  • Lead comprehensive exams and develop member-centered treatment plans
  • Diagnose and treat TMJ-related conditions, including therapeutic Botox delivery
  • Drive adoption of clear aligner treatment and evaluate sleep-disordered breathing
  • Manage a productive schedule and partner with studio teams for efficient shifts
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and leadership to ensure coordinated care

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Current, active dental license in the state of application
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Active DEA registration
  • Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience in private practice or DSO
  • Ability to perform clinical procedures requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills
  • Availability to work PRN shifts
