About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a full spectrum of clinical services including restorative, cosmetic, and endodontic care
- Lead comprehensive exams and develop member-centered treatment plans
- Diagnose and treat TMJ-related conditions and deliver therapeutic Botox
- Drive adoption of clear aligner treatments and evaluate sleep-disordered breathing
- Manage a productive schedule and partner with studio teams for efficient shifts
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and leadership to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current, active dental license in the state of application
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience in private practice or DSO
- Ability to perform clinical procedures requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Availability to work PRN shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in digital dental workflows and modern dental technology
- Experience with clear aligner therapy and sleep medicine solutions
