Associate - Delegate Sales

Responsibilities

• Actively sell delegate passes for events, conferences, and seminars through outbound calls, emails, and virtual or in-person pitches
• Identify and connect with potential delegates, including professionals, organizations, and relevant associations
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to convert interest into confirmed ticket sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement event promotions and customize sales strategies
• Provide prospects with clear, compelling information regarding event value propositions
• Meet or exceed event-specific sales quotas for delegate attendance
• Track sales progress and maintain accurate registration records using CRM tools
• Provide feedback to event organizers regarding delegate needs and market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in delegate, event, or B2B sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of the corporate training, events, or conference industries
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure
