Associate Decision Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with business solution definition, campaign management, and business intelligence processes.
• Ensure client data is accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted, and ready-to-market.
• Execute and analyze decision support processes to measure campaign efficiency, data integrity, and cost effectiveness.
• Provide data analysis and recommendations to support technical operations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Research, troubleshoot, and administer applications, including conducting user training and implementing code changes.
• Audit post-production changes to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Execute moderately complex campaigns, including reviewing specifications and validating deliverables with clients.
• Maintain and improve client relationships through consistent communication and subject matter expertise.

Requirements

• Functional knowledge of solution management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Solid understanding of relational database design.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: SQL/PL-SQL, Perl, Shell Scripting, Campaign Management Tools, Business Intelligence Tools, ETL Tools, or UNIX/LINUX.
• Knowledge of Information Technology practices.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail regarding monitoring and auditing.
