Associate - Debt Capital Markets

Responsibilities

• Support DCM Directors in raising and refinancing funding vehicles through data production and validation
• Oversee production of Bank of England data tapes, performance data, and informational materials
• Assist in the review of legal documentation underpinning funding vehicles
• Ensure operational aspects of financing activities are understood by Treasury and wider business teams
• Prepare materials and agendas for meetings with investors, rating agencies, and investment banks
• Build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in a mortgage market or securitisation setting preferred
• Professional qualification (Qualified or Part Qualified) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-experts
