Associate Dean of Campus Living, Housing & Student Conduct

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for student housing and the Campus Living program
• Supervise live-in staff members and manage the daily operations of campus living
• Administer the centralized student conduct system, including panel training and adjudication
• Lead the development, implementation, and assessment of housing initiatives and living learning communities
• Collaborate with academic affairs, enrollment management, and athletics to increase housing retention
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex student situations and coordinate wraparound support
• Manage program budgets, staffing, and assessment plans to evaluate the effectiveness of housing initiatives
• Develop proactive outreach and support programs for high-need student populations, including first-year and student-athletes

Requirements

• Master's degree in higher education administration, student affairs, counseling, or a related field
• 5+ years of significant experience in campus living, student conduct, or housing management
• Experience in fiscal and facilities management, including budget administration
• Demonstrated success using data to inform retention strategies
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically Jenzabar
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support campus operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and personnel management skills
