Associate Data/Decision Scientist

Responsibilities

• Perform data preparation, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Support the development of analytical models, data pipelines, and machine learning models
• Translate analytical outputs into clear insights, visualizations, and reports
• Develop dashboards and reports on BI platforms
• Support AI model development, testing, and documentation
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Must be a UAE National (National Talent programme)
• 1–3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with data analysis libraries like Pandas and NumPy
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib
• Understanding of basic machine learning concepts and data pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to energy, utilities, or financial analytics
• Experience with cloud platforms or big-data tools
• Demonstrated experience working on data-driven projects
