Associate, Data Operations

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, maintain, and reconcile large volumes of financial and operational data across systems and asset classes
• Support data quality processes including aggregation, governance, validation, and reconciliation workflows
• Maintain and integrate data across internal business groups such as billing, compliance, and client reporting
• Support efforts to streamline and automate data operational processes through better tooling and process design
• Perform daily data workflows including automated data capture, exception handling, and issue resolution
• Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and provide operational support to business partners
• Use analytical tools to identify trends and exceptions and share findings with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Technology, or Data Science
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly adopt new technology platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, or VBA
• 1–2 years of private fund administration, financial reporting, or data operations experience
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization applications
• Experience using Salesforce
