Associate Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from relational databases, big data technologies, and file sources
• Assist with the identification, creation, and maintenance of master datasets
• Clean and manipulate data to ensure high quality and integrity of reporting outputs
• Create visualizations and dashboards to support business stakeholders
• Use statistical techniques to identify trends and derive patterns and insights
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering
• Strong Python and SQL coding skills
• Demonstrable data analysis and data visualization skills
• Hands-on exposure to data wrangling
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep exposure to DataBricks, PySpark, and BigQuery
• Exposure to NoSQL systems and streaming platforms like Kafka or Redis
• Exposure to machine learning libraries and protocols
• Experience with statistical modeling and forecasting methodologies
• Prior experience in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) industry
