Associate, Damages & Valuations

Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of tasks while collaborating with a close-knit team
• Conduct primary and secondary research on markets, industries, and companies
• Develop and summarize quantitative financial analyses and financial models
• Assist with the preparation of damages and valuation reports
• Apply critical thinking skills to develop deep knowledge of project-specific topics
• Audit own work and the work of others to ensure high quality
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and mediations in support of testifying experts
• Communicate effectively with clients and lawyers

Requirements

• First- or upper second-class honours degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to assimilate relevant information quickly in unfamiliar situations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proactive working style and strong work ethic
• Ability to travel as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Foreign language skills, ideally Korean or Vietnamese
