Associate Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing relationships for mid-market customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and revenue retention
• Implement traffic-driven business solutions and provide mission-critical insights to drive customer ROI
• Develop account plans to mitigate attrition risk and identify up-sell opportunities for new products
• Lead clients through results-driven pilot processes, including field training and best practice implementation
• Conduct routine meetings and provide data utilization coaching, reporting training, and resolution of customer escalations
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer across Solutions, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology departments

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or business roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the retail industry at either the store or corporate level
