Associate Customer Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and digital solutions to drive operational excellence for Unilever and Walmart.
• Manage agile processes to land key strategic projects and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Forge positive relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, and external customer teams.
• Use report and role automation techniques to unlock human potential and improve execution.
• Partner with Associate Strategy Managers and CPFR teams to build quarterly product roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional agile project teams to implement and realize product visions.
• Manage replenishment and inventory using automated data solutions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop talent within the team.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in supply chain, operations research, business management, or business analytics.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience (e.g., operations, S&OP, modeling, logistics, planning, or replenishment).
• Experience working within agile processes.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SAS, or other ETL/data visualization tools.
• Digital experience in statistical modeling, consulting, or report automation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical programming language experience in R, Python, or SQL.
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data for stakeholders at all levels.
