About the role
Responsibilities
- Support general billing inquiries and verify customer account information
- Identify potential customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Place follow-up calls to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- Access customer databases and technical applications to determine root causes
- Interact with client departments regarding escalations
- Schedule technician visits when required
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in direct client contact or technical support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task using several applications
- Experience with CRM applications preferred
- Home office setup: 2.0 Ghz Dual Core processor, 2GB RAM, 10GB hard drive space, and high-speed internet (1 Mbps upload/15 Mbps download)
- Noise cancelling microphone and dual ear headset
