Associate Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Support customers regarding financial products and services with empathy through various channels including phone, text, chat, and video chat
• Resolve customer inquiries and problems in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
• Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to provide a best-in-class customer experience
• Adhere to all work guidelines, company policies, and financial regulations
• Escalate complex questions and issues to senior employees as needed

Requirements

• 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center support experience
• Ability to attend the full duration of the required 7-week paid training period
• Ability to work on-site in Irving, TX
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day and some holidays
• Ability to work in a metric-driven, high-demand environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to listen actively and elicit information efficiently to resolve issues
• Experience navigating multiple computer systems and digital tools
• Knowledge of internet, mobile, and social media technology
